📍 Product Description

INSULATED GLASS / DOUBLE GLAZING

Double glazed glass commonly consists of two (sometimes more) panes of glass separated by an aluminum spacer and sealed together at the edge. The insulating airspace is filled with dry air or a noble gas, such as argon or krypton inside to slow the heat exchange and reduce noise levels. The aluminum spacer is filled with silica desiccant pellets to ensure removal of any moisture in the airspace.

Low E Glass (Low Emissivity)

Low E glass provides excellent performance in situations where temperature separation is desired. It is used to help meet energy efficiency requirements by blocking UV light and providing heat insulation. This is done with a special thin-film metallic or oxide coating which prevents the passage of short-wave solar energy into a building.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How about sample fees?
Samples are free and can be prepared within 1-4 weeks.
Q2: How to get a quotation?
We require information regarding glass composition, thickness, sizes, quantity, and processing requirements.
Q3: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, there is no MOQ for processing glass. However, larger quantities often result in better pricing.
Q4: How long is the delivery time?
Standard delivery is within 3 weeks. If the specific goods are in stock, it can be reduced to 1 week.
Q5: Can you customize production?
Yes, we have a professional technical team and can produce glass based on your specific requirements.
Q6: Does the air in the insulating glass oxidize the coating?
No, because the molecular sieve in the insulating glass keeps the air dry, preventing the membrane from oxidizing.
